Hi, I am Tyler Gates. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years, starting out in New York City and now in Los Angeles. I am a Certified Personal Trainer who has worked for national clubs such as Crunch Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness, as well as private clubs such as Peak Physique and The Fitness Factory. My clientele has ranged from celebrities, sports figures, models, and people who just want to get healthy, strong and feel good.
